Cygnets Hove is the best art club we have ever done and when I found out they could run a party for my daughter we were over the moon. The party was fantastic, Suzie led the party with enthusiasm and inspired all of the kids to experiment and really go for it! The kids went home with fantastic, well planned canvases and everyone commented that the level of work was wall worthy! Suzie’s experience is obvious with her decade in textile/print background & TV show art classes. Suzie picked a theme that really inspired us all and that worked within the 3 hour time frame of the party. Everything was so well organised, Isabelle who runs & organises Cygnets had everything in hand and was a joy to communicate with. I can’t recommend Cygnets enough for classes and parties, they are fantastic and we are so grateful to be able to attend classes and learn from Suzie’s experience.

We couldn't recommend Cygnets Art School in Hove highly enough, it is simply amazing! The class is welcoming and relaxed, I feel Isabelle is great with the children. You get the sense Isabelle is passionate about teaching children, the vibe is very happy and friendly. My son is 9 years old and he loves going weekly. He wouldn't want to go if he picked up any aggression, or if he felt it was too difficult for him to do. He loves that he completes an art piece in one class, I think that's motivating. The step-by-step approach is great as all the children are learning fine art skills in a supportive way. With all the children in the class completing the same art project it feels fun, as they are sharing the art journey together. I am simply amazed with the art all the children produce in just 60 minutes, that tells you the teaching is exceptional. I love how each week the children are learning different fine art skills, for example one week it's painting, the next week it's drawing, and the.following week it could be clay. Exciting, fun, and friendly!

Isabelle Sykes
Since graduating from Winchester School of Art, Isabelle has used her painting and drawing techniques to create artwork for fashion and homeware brands all over the world. From design agencies, high fashion and high street brands, along with eventually running her own print studio, she has honed her artistic expertise across many fields in the creative industry. Now combining these skills with her love of teaching, Isabelle is endlessly passionate about art and design and loves nothing more than to be able to pass it on to the younger generation!
